From the start, couldn’t use the app because I didn’t try until after having plugged in for more than 15 minutes. Only basil came up out of 4. Only little parsley is coming up now and nothing in the other two. Go to a garden shop and buy an herb plant and put on your windowsill and save you money.

I love the concept of the garden but my chives and thyme have only grown mold after nearly a month. Reading the reviews, that seems to be a common theme. The basil is growing perfectly, the parsley only sprouted three of the seeds. I was given the garden as a gift from my company so I've just ordered two different lingots (cilantro and a type of lettuce) and I'm hoping I have better luck with those.

The Garden arrived promptly BUT two of the lingots, chives and thyme, did not grow at all. Corresponded with customer service for over a month but they were no help (They only replied twice, within 2 weeks of purchase, asking asking me for photos and order info. And then asked me to wait as some seeds take longer to germinate. A month later, they did not bother to respond to the last two emails.) So for some reason, the two outer herbs did not germinate. I bought the two additional ligots on my own and will see if the grow. It seems to me, the company does not stand behind it's product. Overall, not happy with the product and very disappointed in the company and its customer service.
