The Véritable® gardens initially contains 4 to 8 watering wicks, inside
in the Lingot® baskets. There are 2 wicks per basket. It is advisable
to change these wicks every 6 months in order to preserve a
good efficiency of the automatic watering system.

I ordered the irrigation wicks on 1/30/23 and have still yet to receive them. I've emailed the company 7 times and have not received a response. I also contacted on instagram, again with no reply. TERRIBLY DISSAPPOINTED. I previously purchased 4 lignots and cannot use them until I receive new irrigation wicks. This company seems like a scam. No customer service, no help. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered the wicks after purchasing 4 lignets. The wicks have not arrived and were ordered over 2 weeks ago. Customer service has not responded to any of my 4 emails. I’ve been charged for the wicks but never received the product. Very disappointed!!!!
